Omega 3 fish oil capsules....

Good for the heart, also good to use as a subject through a macro lens. I liked the light and colour.

I love watching starlings. They just never stop! This lot have found a lovely big bath in your guttering, hopefully they're cleaning it out with all their flapping about too.

Thanks Chris, happened to glance out of the window when I got my eye on this lot. Didn't have time to get a tripod.
It's been on the hard drive for months.
Uploaded to YouTube early on just to give things on the blog a try out. Seems ok...... expect more! (In time!)
