...... on a shoestring.
When I had my Canon set up one of the lens in the kit was a Sigma 180mm macro, a great lens. I changed my gear over to the M4/3 system and have enjoyed using the Olympus gear for three years now. I got it into my head to give the macro side of things a good go and bought a reverse lens mount for my prime 25mm lens, it cost three quid. Here’s the initial results.... impressive. I was going to buy another reverse rig for the 14-42mm lens but have changed my mind and am now going to plum for a set of extension tubes to be able to use all my lenses.... cost £15, a long way cheaper than a dedicated macro lens.
Here’s the results (focus stacked) using the 25mm lens reversed.......
