That's the requirement when trying to catch the little teathered friends. Set the Olympus up on the tripod about five feet away from the feeders, focused in on one of them. I had my 40-150mm lens fitted, set the camera to wireless mode then retired indoors to the kitchen, sat down in front of the window using the iPad as a remote trigger. Waited a good twenty minutes before the arrival of a small flock of sparrows.......

Omega 3 fish oil capsules....

Good for the heart, also good to use as a subject through a macro lens. I liked the light and colour.
