Got the camera set up on my table top tripod I've had for years which has had very little use then put down a handful of Wilkos canary seed.........
.......... retired to the kitchen then waited for something to appear, a sparrow first........
........ realised the camera needed tilting upward so went into the yard and gave a little adjustment and peering out of the window for something to appear. After a little while a collared dove fluttered down........
........ a canny shot of its rear end!
After several more rubbish shots, managed to get this one........
....... that was enough for now. Next time I'll put an object into the frame to give me some sort of scale when setting up the shot.
