........ Had a trip to the lake this morning and oh dear me the place was like a swamp. The Tarmac pathway was the only place free of mud. Less to say I never got off the bike and headed home. Omega 3 fish oil capsules....

Good for the heart, also good to use as a subject through a macro lens. I liked the light and colour.

Thanks Chris and Malc, this app. for the iPad certainly produces some arty stuff, I'm well pleased with it. Only cost a couple of quid for the basic and around four for the pro version, well worth the money.
