...... to the park again today, better than sitting in having to watch repeats of the Jeremy Kyle show... it was cold but had the sense to take a hot flask of coffee and a seating mat to keep me warm.......not much in the way of photographic subjects caught my eye, had to make do with what I took with me...

Omega 3 fish oil capsules....

Good for the heart, also good to use as a subject through a macro lens. I liked the light and colour.
