Light and surf

By Dave_Henderson
One of the many images I took in May on Cambois beach with wet feet. The surf was really foamy and made some excellent trails with a slow shutter. This one seemed as if it was worth processing.

If this were my shot, I would have cloned out the power station on the left and building to the right of the final breakwater as IMO it distracts from the breakwaters slightly, this is only a minor negative of an otherwise fantastic shot!!

Tim (Emu) has a point - I sort of thought the same thing... But what a cracking photograph this is, no question about it! Composition, colours, tones - and the streaky foam, very well timed exposure... Carol
