Day fades and the lights start to twinkle in Crovie, the most beautiful and unique village on mainland UK.
Was quite a tricky photo to take - the reality was the conditions were much lighter than the photo looked. I really wanted the lights and reflections to be a big part of the shot - so I over gradded the sky and underexposed the shot by a full stop. In PS I then lightened and saturated the lights and darkened the shadows giving me the effect I was after.
The compositions are better looking along the row of cottages at the start of the pier but I went right to the end of the pier as I really wanted to make something of the reflections in the water amongst the rocks.
