I'll vote for #1. Here, it would be good to have more light in the sky, so we can see more in the darker areas. The length of exposure looks good. But there is something on the left side that should probably be left out or included more centrally in some way. So far, you are off to a really good series so keep it up! Someday I hope to see this in person. And visit Fraser Island etc.

2 and 3 look identical to me, are they the same shot? 1 is a definite improvement over 4, I'm assuming 4 is the result from merging or tone mapping in Photomatix or similar? It's hard to tell because you've left no description.

It looks like the camera focused on that bit cropping out from the water so the skyline isn't as sharp as it could be, and you've also got some distortion from the lens that's causing your buildings to tilt inwards a bit..

Maybe try re-composing, and placing the buildings further away from the edge of the frame to lessen the lens distortion, or you could try fixing the verticals in whatever processing program you use. I'm new with fixing verticals so unfortunately I can't steer you in the right direction there.

But I think this is a good effort and with a bit of composition work could turn out lots better for you.

Thanks Helena!!! Again, your input is of great value to me!!!!! As you said 2 and 3 are identical!!! I just uploaded it twice by mistake...
