The perfect kiss godbye shot

I know that the panoramic views aren't very popular in this website and I am not expecting to get many votes on this one, but I believe this is one of my best shots...

This is a panorama obtained by combining 3 shots in photoshop. The reason behind the title is that the pictures were taken from my ferry stop and when I finished shoting the last frame my camera literally died...

hi - effective angle you've got here and an impressive bridge.

To really make this one jump out at the viewer, I'd up the contrast a fair bit - the sky's got a purpleish haze going on which is nice. But were you to use curves or levels in PS, you could get the bright bits to really shine against a darker background.

I'd selectively add more contrast with the reflections in the river too - you can do this by using a curves adjustment layer, masking the whole thning out, then lightly painting back in the areas where you want more contraast
