Hi Don, that's quite the spectacular-looking sky you've got here!
Well, you wanted to capture the buildings as silhouettes against the sunrise sky, and you've certainly succeeded in doing so - there's really nothing to criticise in that respect.
I do think you could add just a few tiny finishing touches, though. The big tower seems to be leaning a bit, so in the modification I used Transform to pull a little at the corners of the image until it seemed to look better. Also, there are a few white specks in the black parts, which I think could be removed to make the image look better. And there's quite a bit of black at the bottom, which has nothing to do with the silhouettes, so for the mod I cropped part of the bottom off. I then tweaked levels, contrast, shadows, highlights and mid-tones, and upped the saturation a little bit.

Hello, Don. I agree, you achieved your goal, and the cement works look quite dramatic against that beautiful sky. I felt the cement works were a bit central in the frame and would have liked something to soften the scene, like a tree or two. Then I went to your portfolio and found your original. So there was my answer. I cropped that one to include some trees and feel the wider view gives a lot more of the beautiful colours of the sunset, and is somewhere between this one and your original. In my modification, I used curves to deepen the sky colours and darken the silhouettes, and also cloned out the telegraph pole. I do hope you will forgive me for not doing a modification of this particular version/crop.
