Off to see the Vivian Maier Exhibition today at the Milton Keynes Gallery.
Arguably the greatest ever street photographer and only discovered after her death in 2009. She was a Nanny in New York and spent all her spare time on the streets taking candid photos. Thousands of reels of film were discovered after her death.
In response to a few comments I have uploaded the mono version. Oddly for me I really did prefer the colour in this instance.
Superb composition, and an image where colour adds something (although a hard contrasty b&w could be interesting).
I envy you the VM exhibition, she's one of my favourites, though mainly for her enigmatic reflection self-portraits.

Instant award for this, Tony. For once, the colour really adds an extra dimension to the image.
Enjoy VM in MK, and don't talk to the concrete cows.
Coincidentally, we mentioned people becoming famous after their death recently, didn't we?;)
