Quote:Ditch the riple effect and perhaps apply a little soft focus

Very much agree with this! Beautiful photo though. V2 is a little dark looking but could just be the laptop. Lovely moment to have captured and I hope the proud parents are delighted with it.

Loving these shots. The b&w just gives it a boost though, creates a nice contrast and shadows. Nice lighting in the colour version though, lovely tones.

  • Great portfolio! Best of luck with your Photography A-level, I study photography too as part of my college course. Want to try do more portrait work, need some people to pose first! Have to pester my friends until they agree. Keep up the good work!

  • Motorsport photos aren't my type of thing but I do have to say you've done a great job with your portfolio. You've a good talent for it, especially at your age, you can only get better from here! I don't doubt your ability to become a professional motorsports photographer in the future. Best of luck with it.

  • Absolutely amazing portfolio! Some beautiful shots of Ireland, does the country proud! Really great work though! I look forward to seeing more!

  • Love your portfolio! Very unique and so many imaginative and hilarious shots! Keep up the good work.

  • Any chance I could rob Bailey!? I miss having a dog and she's gorgeous! Quincy is a bit mental...unfortunately they had to give him back to the previous owners, my sister kept letting him off the lead and he kept running away (despite the previous owner warning her to keep him on the lead!). it was a pity though, especially for my nephew (he's only going three on christmas eve). He misses Quincy like mad!
  • Fantastic portfolio. Really fun to look through, some great shots! You're very talented!

  • Since I don't think Alan answered you back I'll let you know that the National War Memorial Park is in Islandbridge (just down from Kilmainham and opposite the Phoenix Park). Absolutely lovely place, I hadn't been there in years, used to go rollerblading there! So decided to bring Alan down and bring the cameras.
