Grasshopper

I thought I would submit a summer macro shot for a change (becouse of todays snowy weather I really miss the summer) =)
This shot is taken last summer 2006 on my summer holiday at my summer (weekend) cottage. The grass field was filled with these small fellows.

I love these little critters too! I think the composition and background is excellent, but I really like the way the leaf softens the picture by its 'wave' out of the scene (if that makes sense!)
