I think the composition works well and these type of scenes are very well suited to a monochromatic style. Find the loss of highlights on the nearest structure and the wall a minor distraction. It also seems a tad soft for me (this is personal taste) but steel and brickwork, especially mono, seem to me to be subjects where sharpening can be exercised with a little less caution. Overall a very fine image.

Nice graphic feel to this image.
Theres some very bright areas that can be recovered in Photoshop, and with some contrast added it can become a mch more graphic image.
Ove loaded two mods.
Both are sharpened, have the tower at the left removed, highlight recovered using the highlight tool in CS3, more contrast using a strong curves adjustment, sharpened, darkened skies.
The second is a filter overlaid with some stroges applied.
