Hi Prabh,

That must have been some wreck, unless the rest of the vessel's been taken for scrap!

I think that you're right to use mono here and your fast shutter speed has kept the water looking like, well, water.
You know how little I think of the so-called rules of composition, so I won't go there.
I do like the inclusion of the birds though. Whether they were included by nature or by your good self makes no difference.
