A well spotted scene after the storm with the refelctions showing nicely in the pools. There is a nice sky to compliment this and the depth of field looks good as everything is in focus.
There a re a few minor problems though that let down your image which are easily fixable in your image editing software. Your horizon needs to be straightened slightly as it is a little off. Also the image composition isn't quite right as I think that you have a little too much foreground below the reflection. Also the image is a little flat and could do with a bit of contrast to give it some depth.
I have uploaded a mod for you to look at. Also I did notice a couple of dark specs in the sky which could indicate that your camera sensor needs cleaning. To check this, switch your camera onto manual focus and point it to a clear blue patch of sky and take a shot. Upload the image to your computer and you'll see any specs on the screen. Refer to your camera manual to find out how to clean it.
