Late Morning Nap

By DicksPics
Taken at Dudley Zoo at the end of September.
I'm sure Kathryn knows his/her name!!
I waited for some time for this beautiful tiger to stir - the eyes opened briefly and it was back to sleep for V2!
Never mind!
Many appreciative thanks for all clicks and comments on my 'Me and My Shadow' upload!Smile
And a special thank you to Colleen(ColleenA) for her precious User Award!SmileSmileSmile
Have a lovely Sunday.

What really chills me about the big cats in these places is the way they look right through you, as though you aren't there.
I was looking at some lions ( through bars, I hasten to add! ) who were completely ignoring my existence, when a small girl maybe 7 years old came and stood next to me. The lions instantly became alert and couldn't take their eyes off her. I guess they figured she was snack sized.
