This is an attractive flower. Without the exif data it's more difficult to critique certain aspects.
For example, there is no really sharp point of focus on here, and this points to camera shake due to a slow shutter speed and the use of a longer lens. As the image looks to have been taken in the shade where light levels are low, this is entirely possible. The use of a tripod would help to eliminate this.

The background is nicely out of focus but with enough detail to set the scene.
However, to make the flower stand out a wider aperture should have been used. At this size of subject there should still have been enough depth of field to render it sharp. But without the aperture data that's as much as I can say.

The flower is very central. A better balance would be created by placing the flower to one side. Having the focus point in the middle of the frame doesn't help. With a subject like this, focus on the flower first, then recompose the image for a more pleasing result.
I shall upload a mod where i have cropped the image to show this, and at the same time removing the slight messy area on the right.

I have also boosted the contrast, as the original was tonally flat and needed some visual punch, and applied a little sharpening.
