Street Portrait of Another Russian Girl by nikon
A nice candid shot, well focused and detailed. Although the figure in the background is blurred I would have "burnt " the head so that it merged more into the darker area. Tony- 3 Mar 2014 4:04PM

DANCER by SOUL7
Sorry but if this was mine I would class it as a reject, and not put it up for public viewing.. Nothing is sharp, The background is overexposed, and the people are a distraction. If the dancer is the main subject why have you cut the top of her head and feet off? We all get results like this from time to time but they are usually deleted. Tony- 3 Mar 2014 3:54PM

to the top by darkocv
A nice strong dramatic image. I can't make up my mind if the person adds anything to the image. It does add a sense of scale but is so small in the frame it gets lost.- 3 Mar 2014 3:42PM

BLUE TIT by CarolAnnLauderdale
A nice capture of this bird. Sharp where it needs to be giving excellent detail in the plumage. Stands out well from the background. Tony- 15 Feb 2014 8:25PM

The brown stuff is malt (malt vinegar), but at a dilution of a few drops per litre won't make any difference at all, for either film or print. -

Posted on: OnOne Focal Point
I cant agree as far as cost goes,I have just bought Onone Plug-in Suite 4 which includes FocalPoint.Genuine Fractels,MaskPro,PhotoFrame,PhotoTools and PhotoTune,of which PhotoTune is the weakest. For £250 that makes each Plug in about £41.I doubt I will use PhotoTune much but that only brings the cost of the 5 I shall use to £50 each.
Whether it is better than "Lensbaby" I cant comment as I haven't used it,but from the results I have seen on this site leads me to think FocalPoint gives you more control over the type , amount, and placment of blur you can achieve. And it is not hard to use it took around 15 min to master the basic handling with the included tutorials included in the actual programme so they are always on hand if you need help. I am very wary of small successful software company's being "aquired" by Adobe. Remember the sound editing software "Cooledit" It sold for around £21 Adobe aquired it,renamed it "Audition" and it now costs over £200
