Painted enamel

Whilst on a wander I found an old holiday camp built in the 1930s which was due for demolition in the next few weeks. All the buildings were sad and neglected, but much of the grandour was evident. The most upsetting was a painted war memorial which will be shown on another day. hope you like it.

This is a photo perhaps best approached as an abstract, in my view. To that end you could crop quite a bit of it away. Also getting rid of the blue cast and increasing contrast by means of levels and curves adjustments could assist here. I've uploaded a mod which reflects my comments which I hope help.
