I spotted this at Halloween on the memorial wall outside the graveyard in Salem, Massachusetts, site of the 1692 witch trials. The cheery-looking pumpkin made me think that the message got lost somewhere. The mass hysteria led to the deaths of 19 people. I would suggest watching a performance of Arthur Miller's "The Crucible" for a better understanding of the events.
