Hairy Peas

By lifesnapper
Hi all, hope you either had a good time last Night out scaring people, or maybe enjoyed being in the Dark pretending not to be in Smile
And now for something a little less scary, some Sweet Peas from back in the Summer (did I say SUMMER?) looking rather Hairy with the back light shining through and exposing potentially Ten Peas.
Wont be long before Pink gives way to lots of Red, and some VERY Hairy Chins Smile Was it REALLY almost a Year ago when we put the Dec's back up in the Attic?

O well, Time just whizzes by when you're enjoying yourself Smile

Take care everyone, and all the best to all,

John Smile

A first-rate contre-jour photograph of a rather attractive subject.
And you do have an expert's eye for an attractive subject, John!

P.S.: Last night darkness brought rain, so no T or T callers.
Fortunately the Best Before date of the sweets we bought for potential callers is 31st October 2013 Smile

Very nice back-lighting!
We had a quiet night last night, no visiting ghouls. May have been something to do with Arctic temperatures...
Which means that the sherbet lollies I stocked up with will go into storage for 12 months. I deliberately didn't get anything that we like as it wouldn't have lasted to last night...

The backlighting really shows up the hairiness and the peas inside the pods. Lovely.
Fabulous light John, excellent image. Don

Love back lighting here and how it has enhanced the edges of those pods. The bit of fine silk caught on the plant is also lovely.
