Hi Dorothea, - dont remember seeing you post in the critique gallery before.

Its clearly a lovely shot, - for feedback thats constructive, it would be great to know the full exif details, - you can just leave it as a comment; and, assuming this is from a colour original, IF you still have it, could you upload it here on this page? You click the modification button, then upload, then select your original image.

Thanks

A fine piece of work, but the lack of details presents others from learning from what you have done! To me, this section is not just about improving the authors image, but letting others see work, the comments on it and the methods used. We can learn from each other.

This is an excellent image, and if it was mine, I wouldn't have posted it in the Critique Galelry, because it would get loads of votes, and possibly some awards...

Fair comment above - this Gallery is a place where it works best for everyone if you 'show your workings' and give away every secret you employed to achieve the shot.

This would make a magnificent print - though getting rid of hte logo would make it even better. Logos are good if you want to advertise, but if you are entering competitions or selling images, they are a bit of a no-no.

My guess about EXIF is that it's the long end of the zoom, maybe f/4 or f/5.6, and ISO to allow a shutter speed of at least 1/125, though higher is no problem. Lower might be.

Sepia mono conversion in Nik Efex or similar, or maybe your own brew in Photoshop or similar.

Excellent work.

I came across this browsing the main Gallery before I saw it was for critique. It's a fine piece of work and I wantd to vote for this
All good advice given above. If this was reposted in the main Gallery it may well pick up a User Award or two.
