JanaDitto the above comments. But you did ask for more than just praise.

The shine on Jana's nose could possibly have been prevented by make up. Perhaps you could have lowered the dish to put more light in her face thus avoiding face shadows especially under her eyes. Or you could have adjusted the tri flector with the same goal in mind.

Then again, as portrait work is so subjective, you may not agree. I think that the real tip is to try lots of set ups and then see what you and your model think.
