Phare du Petit Minou

By DTM
It was a slightly misty day in Brittany. This lighthouse is on an island connected by a bridge from Fort du Petit Minou. It's a Vauban fort dating from the 17th century. The fort was used by German troops during WW2 and there are also bunkers dating from that period.

My thanks to pablophotographer for the Guest Editor Award on Honfleur and also to gconant for his User Award. My thanks for the votes and comments. I was gratified that it did well because although the light was lovely I wasn't too sure of the composition with the 'hole in the middle' between the ships. Clearly, plenty of people weren't worried about it.
