Fred in Cannock

From 2008, a shot of the late, incomparable Fred Wedlock.

Taken at a hall near Cannock.

For anyone who enjoys intelligent humour and folk music, Fred was a man who you had to see, at least once.

And, I'm glad to say, my son was along that evening.

Which messed up one of Fred's jokes about the young... Something about a brain and [another part] and not enough blood to make both function at the same time. "Presetn company excelted..."

And yes - I do seem to be having an uncharacteristic week!
