Great tone and rendering around the main trunk. Definitely respect the Ents.

I thought 'Lensbaby' as soon as I saw this Smile
The b&w version is my preference, it has more atmosphere and entism.

Very effective, John, great stuff.

Certainly differENT for you

I am going against the slim majority and it's colour for me John, the Ents look so much happier in the sunshine.

Ents are the Shepherds of the Trees, as far as they were desired by Yavanna to protect the forests from Orcs, Dwarves and other perils. Lensbaby in your capable hands, have interpreted it well. Mono for me.

The colour is too "here and now" for the headline and implied subject, whereas the mono has a more imaginary feel to it, like an illustration from an early Tolkien book, so that would get my vote.

And very unwise not to. Smile

Beautiful mood and mono for me.

The color is beautiful, John...but the mono gives a better effect with the Lensbaby.
