An excellent shot - made even better by the fact that it is done remotely (there is absolutely no way I could get my head round doing that)

What a great shot John. Just love the up close and personnal feel to the image.

The mos I darkened the right hand side so it does pull the eye. Added a radial gradient black filter. Then added a very soft back light to the subject. I hope you like it.

I like the tension and anguish built into this image, John and the mod's do well to enhance it.

On first viewing it gives the feeling of despair, which could be well be true, in the present day climate. After reading your notes, that it was done remotely, even more admiration for your image, John.

All credit to your model, John for being able to convey such contact with the photographer via a remote link.
A strong and expressive portrait which is certainly a strong representation of what many must be feeling in these long months...

Modification 1 for me, the fading into the dark sides gives a feeling of a bigger space.
Good colours too and eye contact.

Exasperation may well be the British national mood - and a feeling of being confined...

a) Yeah.
b) No.

Venceremos, venceremos.

P.S. 2 more options added. Hope found. Despair subtracted.

Excellent capture of the facial expression.
