This image doesn't need and dressing up - it looks fine as is. This is because its strength lies in the eye of the photographer to have seen the potential in what is a dull scene - version 1. If this were mine I would turn a version of it into a Fantasy Island, mark in some exotic locations, and write a travel log about it, then submit it for the Mann Booker Prize. Great picture.
