Shale in Abstract

By DuncanDisorderly
This is a macro shot of some shore-line shale.
It's uncropped and has had only minor tone adjustments in Lightroom.

It's probably my favourite image taken last year (2008). It was accepted into the 2009 RPS Members Exhibition and is a contender for my ARPS panel.

Excellent abstract, it has an almost liquid metal look about it.
