I took this picture at Epping Forest. I notice the forest floor was covered with dried leaves apart from these green plants. I don't have macro lens or extension tubes. So the only way to take it was with my 70-210 lens at the lone=g end. I used max. aperture of f5.6 to minimise the depth of field.

well it worked. I thinkyou maybe just missed the moss with your focus, the leaves in front seem a little sharper but this may be in the uploading. click from me.
