Many of the lilies haven't done well this year, thanks to the constant rainfall but the Martagon Lilies have not only produced some lovely flowers, they have self-seeded and there is the promise of more come another year or two as I spotted little bulblets sprouting single leaves while weeding. Those I grow here range in colour through deep pink down to white. I used a little PS treatment to remove the bg and quite liked the result but V2 is the original.

Lovely lilies to have in your garden, Ann: the original is a fine shot itself but I do like the dreamy sort of look you have applied in V 1.
Very nicely done.

I usually like the dreamy effect, Ann, but somehow felt I wanted to see more of those beautiful lilies, and so I am favouring V2, it's a lovely image in its own right.

Self-seeded! So cool SmileSmile

Such beautiful lilies, Ann, and I love your shot in V2. The background is blurry enough to not get in the way, in my opinion.

V1 has a soft, dreamy feel about it and would look great as a card...but I have to say I prefer V2 Smile

Brilliant shot! Delightful flowers. Both options are great.
