This has an awful lot going for it. Good golden tones from the lights and the lighting on the buildings. Well timed to keep sky detail. Excellent reflection. perhaps needs an AC rotation. A little more USM may help at size we see here, though at a larger size on your own screen it will not benefit.
Superb shot -once the tilt has been corrected it will be perfect.
Good shot, great sky and reflections but perhaps you should consider buying a spirit level for the top of your camera.
