Flags at the B52's

By EddieAC
My entry for the Weekly Black and White Challenge themed "Flags" and I ended up going for a slightly more exaggerated HDR processed image than I usually would do. Smile

There is a bar located at Piries Place in Horsham town centre called The B52's. There are several flags hanging outside the bar and here I focused on three of them and decided the only way to get a half decent composition was to get a bit of symmetry from the surrounding structure.

The glass above would blow out completely so I bracketed a few exposures and blended them in photomatix to see what effects I could get and I picked an exaggerated HDR setting that showed up all the dirt in the glass as I thought it added a bit more than an exposure with the glass completely blown out.

I had tried other subjects elsewhere and wasn't completely happy with them so I decided to try these which I had located much earlier in the week. Smile
