The sky is very dramatic here Edward and you get a real sense of movement in the clouds. You have got a good lead in with the road, although I think I might have been tempted to go for a portrait shot rather than a landscape. I think an upright format is more in keeping with the shape of the lighthouse. This might have cut out some of the road but it is quite dominant in the frame at the moment, so may not be a bad thing.

The lighthouse is leaning over as you have tilted the camera up to get in the lighthouse. Another advantage of the portrait format is that it might just have minimised the tilt. I have uploaded a mod for you where I have adjusted the lean (using the transform > skew tool) so it is straight but it is still leaning backwards.

You have got some nice light in the pic lighting up the foreground. It is perhaps just a bit underexposed though. Looking at the histogram there are not many pixels on the right hand side. I have adjusted the lighting in this foreground area in my mod using a levels adjustment.

The histgram shows there is quite a lot of shadow area in the pic. I am not quite sure what the strong shadow is in the foreground - might it be you? You have to find a way of keeping yourself out of the pic.

This shot is a vast improvement on the other pic in your portfolio, Edward. If the lighthouse is near you it is a great opportunity to keep on experimenting.

Best wishes
