Love chillies, love the shot striking colours, have to agree with the idea of beer and chillies though - although my chilli tolerance has been turned up a few notches after a recent holiday in Thailand...chillies with everything!

Will go and put my chillies I have saved for photos in the freezer right away! Thanks for the tip. A great photographic subject, love photographing them myself (check out my portfolio) I tend to arrange them in neat compositions but like the way you have piled them on top of one another here and the touch of frost does add a sparkle (sometimes I rub vaseline on them to make them shiny)

Excellent composition but I wondered whether it should just be the green chillies that should be covered in frost, and not the red ones, to emphasise the hot/cold aspect, just a thought.
