Striking graphic, really stands out against the yellow and the water looks great.
Oh 'eck I'm going to be critical sorry, but the border aint working for me, I'm not sure why but its blunt againt the statue, I'm probably talking pants cos I'm getting everything wrong just lately. But I do like it, really I do

What I really wanted was a brickwall or a concrete wall (sort of sugerbird like), but I just couldn't find out how to do that on PS 7. Me and Layers are not very friendly!! I will try again later. ola u...I have taken two shots of this statue myself..its by Giles Penney, its called 'two men on a bench' and situated at canary wharf yes??
