The sharpness of shadow

This was taken last week when we were on holiday. This shot sums up Portugal for me, deep blue sky, white buildings and no roof on the patios!!

The sky came out this great graduated colour, I have no idea why!! Wish I was back there.

Thank you all for your very kind comments. I did see a bit more of Portugal while I was there, but I managed to get these shots (I have a few more) before Mike (novocastria) could get them, therefore I have to say they were inspired by him!!
