Lady Mallard

By ElmsArt
I came across this rather pretty Lady Mallard and her mate on a walk by White Loch just outside Blairgowrie in Scotland. He took of with a squawk just as I was about to photograph him. But she did not ruffle a feather even though she was aware I was there. I did get a shot of himself in not quite such a dignified but very duckish pose.

Sorry I have not posted or commented over the last couple of days, but for some reason I had a heck of a time getting into EPZ Gallery to do anything.

Thank you all for the kind comments and votes, they are all very much appreciated.

Definitely looking very duckish, I.e. looking as if she owns the place Wink
