good lighting and expression but i think composition is a little out as left arm has been cut off.

As Ian has said, the model's left arm lets this down slightly. However, there's an alternative, much tighter crop to be had out of this shot.
Crop it just below the white necklace and just include the models hair but no more on the right hand side and voila!
Just an idea.
