How I'd wish they could lower the fence there,no need to be so high,well done worth a vote.I find most circuits are anti photography !! Fun haters !!

You're right about the fences, way too high in places which does make it difficult for those of us who like to take photo's. Very different to Hall Bends at Cadwell Park where the riders are going much faster and the fence is much lower

This was taken on a hired 400mm f5.6L lens, which is now packed up ready to be posted back tomorrow. Well pleased with a lot of the shots I took with it, although I tried some in-flight bird shots with it today and they weren't very successful, lots of 'hunting' whilst the focus was trying to lock on to the subject.

The height of the fence at Donington is dictated by the fact that it was once the home of the British MotoGp.

I've seen an errant bike clear it too.
