Taken last week while on holiday in north devon,

This is my first Dragon Fly upload, not sure what type it is but I'am very pleased with the result,
It was taken with my Sigma 105 macro lens and it was hand held,

Best viewed large to see the detail

Great macro shot,not sure if to say it's an ugly or nice critter!! Looks good large, lots of detail.Great dof,colour blends in nicely.

Superb detail and colour,looks the same sort as the one I've just uploaded,which I'em led to believe is a common darter.
