My son-in-law's Grandfather was the driver on occasion, when pulling the Royal Train from Perth to Aberdeen.
She still carries the Royal Warrant on the cab.
As youngster I saw her in Perth station and noted the number in my Observers Book of Railway Locomotives. I still have the book! Ian
