Hi there, fellow photography fans,

Thanks for stopping by. I hope you find something here that you like (although there's not much in the folder just yet...).

I enjoy looking at others' efforts, so keep 'em coming.

An absolute cracker. Wouldn't look out of place in a shots-you-wish-you'd-taken book.

That's a stunner. Looks darn cold... Love the shape of the ice formation in the foreground. It looks like some kind of creature.

Lovely shot, old boy. Maybe a tad on the blue side for my liking but well spotted for the shapes and sunset. Hope you've got the scent out of your nostrils now...

    Hi Andy,

Looks even better than I remember it so either this is one you took before I arrived or the cold had worked its way up to my brain by then.

    Thanks for sharing.

A cracking shot, Andy, and one in the eye for the Rule of Thirds brigade.

Thanks to you both for the comments. I've had a look at your pictures too and you've both got some great shots.

Andy, if you're interested in some home-town nostalgia, have a look at the Yorkshire gallery on my website for some shots of Huddersfield.

    Cheers,

Nice shot, especially the ice patterns. Did you have the polariser on the go? Sky looks a bit like it but guess it could just be the evening colours.

    Keep warm.
