a very good music shot. like the fa t u have used natural lighting, this compliments the red feel to the picture. nice levels also. only thing i'd say is try moving to the left or right a bit more so as not to have the mic right in front of his face, i realise this can be hard sometimes, people in way etc.
its a shame people on EPZ don't really go in for this type of shot as i have many and think they should not be ignored so much. please check out my portfolio for some similar images. nice one, click!
