Ben Venue

So, I'm standing in near-freezing water and stinking mud, in an even more freezing north wind which is chucking sleet at me with considerable force waiting for 2 things to coincide: a slight lull in the gale so that the tripod stops shaking and a break from the sleet so that I can whip the Tesco carrier bag off the camera, wipe away the remaining spots from the filter (those X-Pros can catch a lot of water Wink ) and take the shot.

I'm still not sure why...

Well worth the effort, excellent image that does in all fairness look cold and windy.

I prefer the M&S bags myself, but it's all about choice. This is a great winter image and shows the comitment you put into your photography Ewan, excellent stuff indeed.

All the very best
