Very nice.

Have you seen the book by Andrew Nadolski called 'the end of the land' by any chance?

He photographed this beach over a period of ten years, shooting in this kind of difused, soft light. He shoots with a 6x6 hasselblad.

Your choice of the square format and this light makes me wonder if you have?

Thanks. I did read the article in OP about the book and, as I was down in Cornwall on holiday, thought I ought to go over to this cove. This is the only shot from the evening that ended up in a square format. It seems to be a popular spot now - there were 2 other togs on the beach while I was there!

Really good shot, excellent f/g leading you through the image and the square crop is spot-on. Love the detail that you've caught.

Very nice detail in the stones in the fg. and also in the rocks in the middle distance. Composition is very good as well.
