hi and firstly many thanks for the great response to the last, this is one of Portland Bill taken a while back
Excellent image. Great control in lighting and composition
One word fits perfectly... Terrific!
A great image, Jeremy!
The light's on but, sadly, no one's at home - that's progress for you!
Enough movement in the water to remind us why we needed lighthouses in the first place.
The rocks serve the same purpose.
So not just a great image to show of your superb photography skills but a reminder of the perils of the sea.
Lovely softness to the colour in this, Jeremy, and a nice composition.
Another corker Jeremy....you do get about don't you !
Do like the low view point .... Brings back fond memories of this location...good one Jeremy
A stormy night!
Is that a second lighthouse at the farthest point?
It's called Trinity House Obelisk, was built in 1844 to warn ships off the coast during the day , the lighthouse was built in 1906
Beautiful water movement.An amazing capture.
Nicely done Jeremy. A beautiful place with lots of opportunity.
Jeremy, done very much in a style I like......striking pov, gives drama and that exposure brings out the movement......Top work again mate.....I better get the finger out, almost weekend, a few shots in my head, we shall see.....
Excellent wave motion and mood here, Jeremy. My kind of image.
Lovely FG wash and a dramatic sky indicates the role of the lighthouse very well, the light being on is the icing on the cake. A beauty.
Firstly well done for getting on to the beach. (Not that easy if memory serves)
Its a beautifully crafted image. Carefully composed, well timed water movement and a muted colour palette that suits the conditions.
Excellent work Jeremy.
Derek has said it perfectly for me Jeremy, another superb piece of work from you!
Outstanding atmospheric capture, Jeremy. The light in the Bill lighthouse and the FG water movement is superb.
Beautifully done. Great perspective.
