A shames it's so far from Huddersfield, I'd love to have a go at these in the right conditions. Nice result here

I love the way that the shapes in the land and the sky seem to mirror each other. I also like the connection between the figure and the buoy. V2 is also excellent but I would probably go with v1 if I had to choose.

Gets everywhere, Gormley. I like his work but not sure I'm all that happy about him plonking his figures on beaches and mountainsides; personally I see them as a bit of an intrusion.
But if I put my finger over him and close one eye, then there are two fine landscapes here.

As ever with your work Jeremy a first class pair of images. Complementing what we can only presume to be the artists vision in their composition.

Nicely done mate... how's the horse coming along?

Both excellent Jeremy and hard to choose a fave' but V1 just pips it for me, I like that low light and colour! I saw the statues at Crosby about 14yrs ago, a dull afternoon and no colour, they weren't covered in barnacles either.. anyway, beautiful images!

V2 for me, I think, though it's a hard choice! There's a quietness about V2 that's very appealing to me this morning.
